We are Design/Build contractors and suppliers of quality cabinetry, counters, and all materials necessary to build your project. We take responsibility for every phase of the planning, specifying, purchasing, and construction process . We do all the work. We are responsible for the finished product.

The Design/Build Process

• Initial site visit – a representative from Jackbuilt/AKB will come out to your home to view, discuss and measure out the project, or bring your kitchen plan by for an evaluation.
• Ball parking – We will then put together a preliminary estimate to do the work, based on the initial visit and your ‘wish list’. This will establish your budget.
• DBA – We sign a Design Build Agreement, which will put your job on the board. We then design, specify, and schedule your project. The DBA requires an initial payment, which will be credited to the final job cost. All work is computer generated to enhance and expedite concepts and changes.
• Generate contract – We write the contract to cover the work to be done. This will include all the job plans, the job specifications and the job budget with a payment schedule.
• Do the work.
